2024 Reflections and 2025 Outlook

As we reflect on our progress in 2024, it’s clear this has been a year of significant milestones for Organic Lighting. From major trade shows and new product launches to media coverage and team growth, here’s a brief look back at how the year unfolded.

We started the year by announcing the international launch of FortaCast®, our floodproof drive-over inground fixture made of low-carbon, precast polymer concrete. This was followed closely by participation in the IESLA Wally Whitney Memorial Product Fair in Los Angeles, an event which allowed us to connect more widely with industry professionals on the West Coast where we’re based.

March was a particularly busy month, with our presence at two major international events: Light + Building in Frankfurt and LEDucation in New York City.

In April, we took part in the darc awards celebration event in London, where FortaCast gained more interest and was followed up with several months of visits to lighting design consultancies across the city to showcase this technology and our dynamic, durable and easily maintainable OrgaRail handrail lighting as well as our Aqueon LED portfolio in general.

In June, we exhibited at the AIA Conference on Architecture & Design in Washington D.C. This event provided an excellent opportunity to demonstrate our lighting solutions to architects and lighting designers.

Also in June, we were expanding not just our reach but also our team. Shaun McNeil joined us as Regional Sales Manager, strengthening our salesforce across North America and helping support our wider team and rep network and to cement our relationships with key partners and customers.

September saw us exhibit at the ArchLight Summit in Dallas, Texas, where we showcased our solutions to a wide audience of architects and lighting professionals. Around this time, we also had the pleasure of hosting PLP Socal and other lighting industry professionals across the year at our factory, fostering collaboration and providing insight into our manufacturing processes.

As we moved into the final months of the year, November marked our participation in Light ‘24 in London which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Throughout the year, our products and projects incorporating our solutions have received extensive media coverage. Our project on the Atlanta Beltline was featured prominently in US Lighting Trends, A1 Lighting, and arc, highlighting how Organic Lighting’s FortaCast inground lighting system has transformed The Krog District along Atlanta’s BeltLine into a vibrant community hub, enhancing the area’s aesthetics and functionality, inviting families, joggers, and cyclists to enjoy the space both day and night. We also secured features in LED Professional and Concrete Products, among other media outlets.

As 2024 comes to an end, we reflect on a year of growth, innovation, and meaningful connections. We’ve strengthened our network of suppliers, partners, and customers, laying the foundation for an even brighter future.

Here’s to 2025 where bigger plans and greater collaborations await.
